Important Instructions for HPC Synergy 2024 Workshop at IIIT Sri City

Key Instructions

Join Early: Connect 10 minutes before the session starts.
Microphone: Your microphone should be muted upon entry.
Questions: Use the chat box or Q&A tool to submit questions during talks.
Certificates: E-certificates and payment receipts will be sent after the workshop. 75% attendance is required for certification.

Platform: We are using Google Meet for the online sessions.

Display Name: Ensure your display name in Google Meet matches your registered name to facilitate proper identification and interaction.
Stay Engaged: Actively participate by submitting questions and engaging in the discussion during the Q&A sessions.

2 minutes before the Session: The host will start the recording.
1 minute before the Session: Introduction of the session and the speaker.
During the Session: Each talk will be followed by a live Q&A session, moderated by the chair.

Certificates and E-Certificates: Certificates of participation and payment receipts will be provided post-completion of the workshop.
Attendance Requirement: A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to receive the e-certificate.
